Visiting Us

Please note that for the time being we are still not receiving any vistors for tours in the synagogue. (Updated 04.01.2021)

Guided tours are offered upon request at the Helsinki Synagogue between Monday and Thursday once a day at 1 pm. The tour lasts c. 30 minutes. Please book your tour in good time beforehand – at least a day or two earlier, preferably via email.  We are open from Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 4 pm. Please note that emails are not read on Fridays.

The address of the Helsinki Jewish Community and the synagogue is Malminkatu 26, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (in the Kamppi neighborhood).

Please note that the office is not open during Jewish holidays. 

Entrance fees:
5 euro per adult
65 euro for groups
20 euro for groups of children or students

Please note that incase of invoicing we add 5e to the cost. If you prefer invoicing, please send us the invoicing details beforehand.

Prior to your visit as you book the tour, please send a scanned copy of your passport and a contact phone number to our email address srk@jchelsinki.fi. Please also avoid carrying big handbags or backpacks with you. Thank you.

US dollars are accepted as well.
