The community office is open for customer service Mon-Thu 11 am–4 pm, except on Jewish holidays and Finnish bank holidays. The easiest way to reach the community office is still via phone and email during opening hours.

Visiting Us
General inquiries reg. tours:
For individuals visiting the synagogue (tour of synagogue/prayers), we must get an email at least 1 week in advance with the following information for each visitor. Please email it to srk@jchelsinki.fi, (This does not apply to school groups.) Tours are available Mon-Thu 11 am to 3 pm and only upon booking in advance. Thank you.

- Date of visit
- Purpose of visit
- Have you previously visited any synagogues in the Nordic countries? If so, which?
- Are you a member of a community? If so, which one? Please give contact information.
The address of the Helsinki Jewish Community and the synagogue is Malminkatu 26, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (in the Kamppi neighborhood).
Please note that the office is not open during Jewish holidays.
Entrance fees 1.9.2023 onwards:
10 euro per adult
75 euro for groups during normal visiting hours, 100e other times ( + 5e invoicing fee)
25 euro for groups of children or students ( + 5e invoicing fee)
Please note that incase of invoicing we add 5e to the cost. If you prefer invoicing, please send us the invoicing details beforehand.
US dollars are accepted as well.
